Fall Success!

It has been another stellar fall for the Falcon athletic teams, along with our Lancer football squad. On the grid-iron the boys started out strong with wins over Onondaga Central and Bishop Grimes, before a couple losses. The Lancers are led by F-P seniors Mitch Devine, Greg Kreinheder, Tim Vales, Dylan McAndrew, Jamie Kraft and Casey Scida.

               Boys and Girls Cross-Country has put in the miles, and have a lot to show for it as they are led by seniors Matt McGarry, Noah Sims, Zach Olmstead, Lucas Flannigan, Alison Gasparini, Cassie Perrone and Marina Giraud.  The girls have legged out to a 4-2-1 record heading into the Patriot League Meet that both teams host at Highland Forest on Wednesday, October 23.

               The Lady Falcon soccer team is in the midst of vying for a Patriot League title, as they head into the final week of the regular season with a record of 10-3 overall, and 7-2 in league. Leading the team are seniors Amanda Keplinger, Jillian Andrews, Hannah Carroll, Hannah Chartrand, Morgan Neadom, Melissa Dow, Sarah Walsh and Reegan Welsh.

               Our defending Patriot League and Section 3 Class C champion boys soccer team continues their tradition of winning, as they have already locked up another Patriot League title for 2013. With a record of 12-1-1, the Falcons will be a high seed as they also look to repeat as section champs.  Falcons are led by seniors Nate Scalisi, Tristan Rapp, Connor Larkin, Ben Rotondo, Stewart Wright, Ryan LeRoy, Zach Riker, Tyler Myers, Colton McDevitt, Brian Cuipylo and Brayden Bolan.

               The Fabius-Pompey schools are proud of the efforts, attitudes and determination of all the Falcon athletes and coaches. We thank the seniors for their years of dedication and leadership!
